We are always on the lookout for highly motivated research assistant professor, PostDocs, Ph.D. students, research assistant, and research interns interested in working on cutting-edge problems in wireless communications, wireless networks, and machine learning. Postdoctoral Recruitment

1. Recruitment Plan
(1) Recruitment direction: 6G, wireless communications, wireless networks.

2. Recruitment Requirements
(1) The age is generally not more than 35 years old, and the applicant has obtained or is about to obtain a doctoral degree in the past 3 years;
(2) Have a good academic background, strong independent research and scientific research ability, and be preferred to publish high-level papers as the first author or corresponding author or preside over national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects;
(3) Have good English reading, communication and writing skills, good teamwork and communication and coordination skills.

3. Postdoc Programs
Postdocs are awarded a Postdoc certificate from Tsinghua University or University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) after completing the Postdoc program.

4. Salary
(1) Comprehensive annual salary before tax 350,000-600,000 yuan/year (including local government postdoctoral living allowance);
(2) During the station, you can apply to the local government for scientific research funding of up to 200,000 yuan;
(3) For those who have received funding from China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and provincial postdoctoral scientific research projects, Ningbo city will provide 1:1 supporting funds for various projects;
(4) Postdoctoral fellows who leave to work in Ningbo can enjoy subsidies of up to 600,000 yuan;

6. Materials Required for Postdoctoral Application

(1) Chinese or English resume (including research interests, research achievements, honors and awards, etc.);
(2) Three representative papers;
(3) Other materials that can prove the applicant's scientific research ability and entry conditions.

Ph.D. Students Recruitment

1. Recruitment plan
(1) Recruitment direction: 6G, wireless communications, wireless networks, machine learning, Internet of things.

2. PhD Programs
(1) Doctoral students are jointly trained by Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT), Ningbo and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (1+3) or The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) (2+2) or University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) (1+3), with a dual supervision system, and will be awarded doctoral degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University or The Hong Kong Polytechnic University after graduation or University of Science and Technology of China.

3. Training Modes
(1) EIT-SJTU Joint PhD Program: The PhD students under the EIT-SJTU joint PhD Program to register their status at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In the first year, they study the courses at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Since the second year, they are mainly engaged in scientific research related to the academic dissertations in Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT), Ningbo. If the students under joint PhD Program meet the graduation conditions of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, they will be awarded the graduation certificate of SJTU. If the students meet the requirements of Shanghai Jiao Tong University on doctoral degree, they will be granted with the doctoral degree of SJTU.

(2) EIT-PolyU Joint PhD Program: During the two-year study in Hong Kong, the PhD students under joint PhD Program will be entitled of the same amount of stipend as the PhD students of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. During your study at EIT, we will provide you with stipend and competitive scholarship according to relevant national regulations so that you can concentrate on your study and research. If the students meet the requirements of Hong Kong Polytechnic University on doctoral degree, they will be granted with the doctoral degree of PolyU.

(3) EIT-USTC Joint PhD Program: The PhD students under the EIT-USTC joint PhD Program to register their status at University of Science and Technology of China. In the first year, they study the courses at University of Science and Technology of China. Since the second year, they are mainly engaged in scientific research related to the academic dissertations in Eastern Institute of Technology (EIT), Ningbo. If the students under joint PhD Program meet the graduation conditions of University of Science and Technology of China, they will be awarded the graduation certificate of USTC. If the students meet the requirements of University of Science and Technology of China on doctoral degree, they will be granted with the doctoral degree of USTC.

(3) Good English reading and communication skills and strong teamwork skills.

(1) Monthly salary of 4000-15000 yuan/month;
